• Abstracts should be submitted on or before November 15, 2007 to The Secretariat at research@wvsu.edu.ph. Abstract must be in English (250-300 words) typed in MS-Word, 12 point, single spaced. The abstract shall include the title (14 point, bold, all caps, Times New Roman), Author/s (12 point, with the name of the presenting author underlined), institution, and contact information addresses with fax, e-mail (10 point, Arial).

• A panel of Reviewers/Technical Experts will referee all paper or poster abstracts. Letter of acceptance/ non-acceptance will be sent on or before December 15, 2007 thru e-mail.

• The submission of full papers will be on or before January 15, 2008

• Oral presentation should be in PowerPoint.

Guidelines for submission of posters:

• A poster may be preliminary report of an ongoing research or completed research. It has to be done on 3 ft x 5 ft size tarpaulin.

Paper/ poster presenters should be registered participants.

Full Paper Submission

Submit full paper not later than January 15, 2008. The full paper should follow the recommended format available for downloading using the link below. The paper should use letter size format and not more than 10 pages in length, double spaced, Times new Roman, 20 point font for the title and 12 point font for the body. The abstract should not be more than 250 words giving emphasis only on the brief introduction, objectives of the study, methodology and brief presentation of the results.
